Job Summary We are looking for results-driven Inside Sales Representatives responsible for closing new business in a defined territory. This is an outstanding opportunity for top-tier inside sales performers.Ideal candidates must be smart, aggressive, high-energy inside sales professionals looking to overachieve in this fast paced and rapidly growing organization. Duties and Responsibilities: Inside Sales Representatives (ISR’s) are responsible for closing new business and achieving defined revenue targets. An ISR will need to manage their pipeline from start to finish and develop a healthy funnel from targeted calling, email, social and marketing assisted campaigns. • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service • Develop a territory plan to achieve a revenue target and help resolve billing/credit issues • Monitor and take the necessary measures to ensure that you develop an adequate pipeline of opportunities via demand generation for consistent growth within your territory • Must keep accurate and timely forecast and process RFP’s and Orders • Work closely with customer success to ensure high level of customer satisfaction • Work with the ops team & Success team to ensure timely and successful campaign delivery • Assist with reviewing & updating campaign summary reports for clients Salesforce CRM maintenance which includes helping with database and contact management systems to assure account information is current and accurate Skills & Requirements • Must have experience using CRM; Prefer SalesForce.com experience • Must have exceeded quota expectations, closing over 100% of quota • Must be self-aware, honest and results oriented with at least 2+ years sales experience • Prefer enterprise software and/or SaaS sales experience and experience running a sales funnel • Must be a confident self-starter with energy, judgment, communication and analytical skills • Needs to be recognized as a high achiever with experience with inside sales process • Bachelor Degree or equivalent required
